Square Madeleines<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]There are two stories behind its origin. Which do you think is the authentic one? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

One says that the origin of this cake comes from the work of a young French woman who cooked this cupcake with loving care for the king of Poland Stanislaw I, who had a palace in France.<\/p>\n

The other one goes back to the pilgrims travelling to Santiago de Compostela, where it is said that a young woman named Madeleines served the pilgrims cupcakes in the shape of a scallop shell, the symbol of this pilgrimage, thus extending the tradition of eating madeleines all along the road to Santiago.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1485516241992{padding-right: 30px !important;padding-left: 30px !important;}” el_class=”.linea_i”][vc_single_image image=”12490″ img_size=”full”][vc_toggle title=”Nutritional facts” style=”round” size=”sm” css_animation=”bottom-to-top” el_id=”1444218122099-8431298f-18ff”]<\/p>\n
